LEGAL UNIT
This is a quasi-Unit set up to provide Administrative Legal advice/service to the Hospital.
The responsibilities of the Unit are as follows:
- providing legal advice/opinion on matters referred to it;
- preparing and vetting of contract documents and agreements;
- acting on behalf of the Hospital on litigation matters;
- handling Insurance matters;
acting on behalf of the Hospital on cases of rented property.
