Executive Members of National Association of Resident Doctors University of Uyo Teaching Hospital Uyo have pledged loyalty and support to Prof Emem Bassey’s administration.
Dr. Margaret Egan President of the Association made the pledge during a courtesy call on the Chief Medical Director in his office to introduce new executive members of the Association.She commended Prof. Bassey for outstanding performance in the hospital and support to the Association while soliciting for more.They used the opportunity to invite the Chief Medical Director Prof. Emem Bassey to the NEC meeting of the Association in the State on 26th January 2023 to 28th January 2023.
Responding, Prof. Emem Bassey congratulated elected members and advised them to explore more knowledge in their various fields in order to be worthy ambassadors of their profession.He also pledged his continuous support to the Association while soliciting for their co-operation by putting in their best to care for humanity which is their core mandate.
On his part, Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee Dr. Udo Inyang also congratulated the new exco and thanked them for deeming it fit to present themselves to management.
