oner, representing Akwa Ibom State at the Federal Character Commission, Pharmacist (Obongawan) Dorah Ebong has promised more collaboration with the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital.
She made the pledge at a courtesy visit to the management of University of Uyo Teaching Hospital.
Obongawan Dorah Ebong commended University of Uyo Teaching Hospital for being the only Federal Institution in the state to always co-operate with the commission since 2012 and promised more co-operation of the commission at the Federal level.
The Chief Medical Director, Dr. Ememabasi Bassey who expressed his gratefulness, said the Hospital received the news of her appointment with gladness being a friend of University of Uyo Teaching Hospital and pledged the hospital’s support to the commission.
On his part, the Director of Administration, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, Dr. (Barr.) Fidelis Akpan thanked the Commissioner for deeming it fit to visit the institution and prayed for God’s guidance and successful tenure in the Commission.
